Using the Resources Area

The Resources area is useful for storing important documents, learning resources or information related to the user’s job, performance or development.  It may be a central hub for any records related to the employee’s own reference to be stored.

  1. Click on Resources from the Main Menu
  2. Click Upload
  3. Either drag a file into the Attachment box or click on the box and select the file from it’s current location on the computer.
  4. You can assign tags to documents to help search for documents later
  5. Click Save

To organise files, you can create a folder structure to store documents of different types together.

  1. Click on the folder button next to Folders
  2. Specify a folder name and click on the tick button to save
  3. Open this folder before uploading files to this specific folder

To access documents you've uploaded:

  1. Locate the document from the list of resources
  2. Click the download button to the right
  3. The document will download into the Browser’s download area
